A day at home...

The most important thing today is that Oregon State will take on UCLA today at 4pm AT the Rose Bowl. Mrs. Wookie and Middle Sister are headed there along with a ton of their friends and alumni living in SoCal. It will be quite the event with 10+ people going. And yes, I'm very jealous and wish I was going. However, I will be bleeding Orange & Black from Northern Oregon.

I have to admit, Fall isn't my favorite season. Fall just means its starting to get darker earlier and rainy and I know it's just the beginning of all that. That's why I love Spring. It may be a little brisk and rainy but I know that we're at the end of that yick yack weather.

Although, this tree is very pretty, I must admit.
This was taken in my apartment complex.

I have to admit something: I am terrified of slipping and falling on copious amounts of leaves. Because it rains a lot in Oregon, this is what happens: dirt on the ground+rain=mud. Leaves fall off the tree and onto the mud. Leaves form a layer and prevent the mud from drying out.

This is the walkway on the back part of my apartment building.
This is also the fastest way to get to my car.
This. Is. My. Worst. Nightmare.

I'm not sure what compelled me to take a picture of my breakfast this morning, but here you go.
2 fried eggs on a piece of toast, strawberry yogurt, and coffee (in my new Christmas mug!).

Like my new hat? I looked at it a few weeks ago at REI but the Sheriff said it was too expensive. I got a 15% off coupon this week and decided to purchase it. I'm excited to wear it when it gets colder!

That's all for today. I'm just relaxing until the game starts. I always yell a lot when watching at home, as well as when I'm at the game. My neighbors can probably hear me but whatever.

Have a good Saturday!
