Days worked out this week: 3, since my last SDS post was Thursday
Issues/Struggles:
I feel like I'm finally getting back into a routine. I'm at the point where working out everyday feels good and the point where I actually want to go to the gym, instead of feeling just like I have to.
Noticeable differences:
I tried on my snow pants today for some reason, and they are looser than when they were when I wore them probably 2 years ago. So that's atleast improvement!
Goals:
Just to keep at the pace I'm at. I've been praying for encouragement and strength and motivation a lot these past few weeks. I really need it and it seems to be working!
