Slimmin' Down Sundays, Week 6

First of all, I need to apologize for my lack of photos last week. I was home in Medford and spent the time playing with Little Man as opposed to taking pictures and posting. I need to say sorry once again though, because, it is Thursday night and I'm just now posting what should have been on Sunday.

I'm in a funk. I didn't eat very well in Medford. The fam ate out a lot because we were all together. That included Kaleidoscope and Si Casa. SO good but SO bad. Oh well. Time to get back on the wagon.

I'm starting my workouts again this week because I didn't at all last week. I feel gross because I haven't worked out. So here's the updates...



Weight lost: 23lbs
Inches lost: 5
Days worked out this week: 1, today

Issues/Struggles:
Eating healthy and working out. I was doing fairly well and then I lost track. Being at home makes you do that, because you're so excited to be with family and friends that you just go eat whenever and whatever. Being at school helps me prioritize my eating and exercising.

Noticeable differences:
Still the same somewhat. I've been shying away from jeans just because I think they're uncomfortable. Plus, if they don't fit just right you get the muffin top. Yick yack.

Goals:
To be down a total of 50lbs by New Year. You can do the math. Better get movin'...
