I'm ready...

To have this beautiful place as my backyard again.

I'm starting to miss this place... a lot. The thing I love about Portland is that I've been there for 2 years now-starting my third- and I still haven't seen all this city has to offer. It's just so much fun to wander. Except on Burnside at 1 in the morning, sorry Sheriff!

Sure, the rain sucks, big time. I don't enjoy the rain, but you learn to deal with it. I wear my hair up or curly/wavy a lot because of it. And I have mucho rain coats, because umbrellas are just a pain in the ass.

But I miss my apartment, my friends up there, and my son. My 9-year-old Tabby is my pride and joy. I'm the only one he lets kiss him. But he's spending this time with his father, since I'm technically his step-mother. Milo, I miss you SO much!

So yes, all in all, I'm SO ready! ONE week...
