I'm mortified by that stain on my shirt- I didn't know it was there- but not enough to take another picture.
Weight lost: 36lbs
Inches lost: 5, I think
(I actually haven't measured in awhile because I can't find my measuring tape.)
Days worked out this week: 4. In my defense, we had 2 snow days where I couldn't go anywhere.
Issues/Struggles:
Plateau-ing. I hope to get over that this week with my change in diet.
Noticeable differences:
Shirts fitting looser, pants getting bigger.
Goals:
I WILL hit 40bls this week. I will, will, will!
Keep up with the vegan-ism.
Keep up with my 5k training.
