Weight lost: ALMOST 35!
Inches lost: 5, I think.
(I actually haven't measured in awhile because I can't find my measuring tape.)
Days worked out this week: 4
Issues/Struggles:
I twisted my ankle walking from my car to my apartment last night. So I think I may be elliptical-ing for a couple days, dang it. But I've been keeping up with my 5k training.
I went home to the Parents' this week and I worked out on the WiiFit at April's house. I LOVED it! It was so fun.
Maybe I should ask for a Wii for my birthday? ;)
Noticeable differences:
Can I boast for a second? I just compared my first week pictures with this week, and wow.
Also, when I was at home I ran the track and I ran a whole lap. That's a big deal for someone who is 2** pounds, haha.
Goals:
Work out 7 days this week and continue with my 5k training despite my stupid sore ankle!
Try and go a little further on the elliptical than the running chart, just so you can get a comparable workout since it's easier to Ellip.
