SDS, Week 17

(my arms look weird)
Weight lost: ALMOST 35!
Inches lost: 5
Days worked out this week: 3

Issues/Struggles:
I'm doing really well! Yesterday was rough, though. I didn't eat hardly enough calories and then tried to do my training and I didn't feel well at all.

Noticeable differences:
Feeling "in shape" and running is getting easier by the day. When I lose 35 it will be a turning point for me. I've never lost that much. It'll give me an extra wind!

Goals:
Hit 35 lost this week, IF NOT MORE!
