I haven't posted about Sundays in 5 weeks! I'm so sorry. I've been at home for Christmas.
The note cards on the wall are how much weight I've lost. Once I rip them off the wall, they're never going back!

Issues/Struggles:
Now that I'm off the HCG I can tell everyone the truth about it. It does work, but it's SO hard! It was literally the hardest thing I've ever done when it comes to weight loss. After I stopped the HCG's strict diet and started eating regular food, I gained a couple pounds back. But I got rid of them.
Noticeable differences:
The scales haven't moved a lot since I've been back at school, but I feel back in shape. The point where I was 6 months ago. It feels good to be working out again.
Goals:
I start my 5K training this week. It's a 3 day a week training program. So I hope to not die in the process.
