I haven't been on in awhile, but figured Christmas Eve was a good time to start up again. As I'm sitting here sipping on my second mimosa, 90% champagne, 10% OJ for coloring.
We have a few traditions that we abide by each year:
-Finger foods and appetizers on Christmas Eve.
-Watch multiple showings of A Christmas Story.
-We do NOT open any gifts on Christmas Eve. They're Christmas presents!
-Go to bed relatively late because we're all just hanging out and drinking champagne.
-Get up early, eat Monkey Bread, and have mimosas.
-Wait for the sibs to get here and then open presents.
-After lunch/dinner, go to Aunt&Uncle's for dessert.
Merry Christmas to everyone! And as much as we eat/drink/party, don't forget to say Happy Birthday to Jesus!
