Issues/Struggles:
I feel like I'm finally getting back into a routine. I'm at the point where working out everyday feels good and the point where I actually want to go to the gym, instead of feeling just like I have to.
Noticeable differences:
Looking at my pictures I think I see a little bit of a difference. It may just be my clothes though
Goals:
To have and stick to a workout plan.
So we'll eat healthy Thursday evening, have a morning workout on Friday, and have some healthy beer between then. ;)
