Slimmin' Down Sundays, Week 4

Weight lost: 23lbs
Inches lost: 5
Days worked out this week: 4

Issues/Struggles:
Continuing to eat healthy. I feel like I do but then I get a craving for something that I haven't had in awhile. I need to buy things that fulfill those craving but are healthy. Like sugar-free popsicles when it's something sweet and I have almonds for when it's salty things.

Noticeable differences:
Pants and regular shirts are still fitting the same. I have a few pairs of jeans that are a size smaller along with a couple shirts. I'm hoping to be in those by Halloween. I also bought some tops in 2 sizes smaller for Spring Break. Old Navy was having a HUGE clearance sale and getting rid of all their summer stuff.

Goals:
Gym everyday this week. I didn't hit that last week so I am determined to do it this week. Also, to remind of my long term goal, 30lbs by New Year 2011.
