Issues/Struggles:
I feel like I ate really well this week and worked out 1 more day than last week. I know for sure I would have lost on the scale, but Dad was in town so I went out to dinner with him and his work buddies/family friends. I did get a salad one night, but had a Club Sandwich the other. I LOVE club sandwiches. Going out to eat is always tough, but it's worth getting to hang out with The Sheriff. Plus, not losing is better than gaining!
Noticeable differences:
Pants and regular shirts are still fitting the same. I have a few pairs of jeans that are a size smaller along with a couple shirts. I'm hoping to be in those by Halloween. I also bought some tops in 2 sizes smaller for Spring Break. Old Navy was having a HUGE clearance sale and getting rid of all their summer stuff. I got 2 shirts for $3.50 and $2.50.
Goals:
Gym everyday this week. I feel like that's a realistic goal because OSU has an away game again this weekend. Also, to remind of my long term goal, 30lbs by Christmas break/ New Year 2011.
