Well shucks

So, the Beavs didn't pull of a "W" yesterday. The score was 30-21 TCU. The Beavs were doing great until a bad snap went over the head of Katz and into the end-zone, causing a safety for TCU. I believe we could have taken that drive down for a TB, but unfortunately that wasn't the outcome. Everyone picked TCU to win by 2 TD's, so atleast we beat their predictions.

I liked that they played at Cowboy Stadium and I really liked TCU's jerseys. They looked bedazzled at first, but it turned out to be snake or frog skin, I'm not really sure. I also found a few cute boys on TCU's team, haha.

Overall I'm excited about our team this year. I think all of our expirienced players are back and got better over the summer. Katz has a cannon for an arm too. He's young so he just needs to tighten up some loose screws. I think we have a great year adhead of us.

As for that team 35 miles South of Corvallis. They did their typical performance of running the score up on Junior High teams. They do that to pad their scores so when it comes times for standings, they will get a better ranking. The Ducks had the game at half-time, but instead of putting in some second or third stringers to get expirience and playing time, they proceeded to just show off. Typical Ducks and their typical bandwagon fans.

On to better and different news. Once school gets starting again, this blog is going to take a different turn. I'm going to pick a day to turn into a weight-loss check, or something like that. I haven't really decided day. I need to pick something catchy like "Weigh-In Wednesdays" or "Fitness Fridays." And the goal is just to state my weight loss, talk about issues or challenges in my weight loss, or if I'm expiriencing a plateau. I may post a picture of myself, but we'll have to see. It would be fun to compare my weekly or monthly pictures to see the noticable differences.

We have Little Ryan today, so I will try and get a picture of him and post it later.

Have a great Sunday and Labor Day Weekend!
