A Chillaxin' Day

This morning... I did absolutely nothing. I woke up the first time a little bit before 8 and thought, "okay, I'll sleep for probably about another hour". I have been getting up relatively early, but getting up at 9 turned into getting up at 9:45. I honestly didn't mean to sleep that long. But, I that's obviously what happened.

After my shower and getting breakfast, The Sheriff and I ran some errands. We went to the Post Office, to the Police Dept. for him, and to Safeway to exchange our Umpqua gallon of milk because of the salmonilla outbreak.

While waiting on The Sheriff outside Safeway, I saw this lady...

I have no idea if she is homeless or what, which is not funny at all. It's very unfortunate. I was simply only laughing at the fact that as a cane she was using a POOL NOODLE!

After running errands, I came out to my brother and SIL's house. We played with Little Ryan and watched a movie while he took a nap. And he took a GOOD nap today, about 2 hours. PTL!

After his nap, he went in his swing to watch Baby Einstein. Here he is, clearly not watching Baby Einstein. He's trying to eat his toes. Keep it classy, my neph.

I'm heading out now. We're getting ready to have an early dinner. Spaghetti with meat sauce, corn on the cob, and garlic bread. Yummy!
