Waking up at 7:30 has its advantages..

Yes, you're hearing me, well actually reading me correctly. I woke up at 7:30 this morning to go to breakfast with Poppy at this spectacular place...

Pine State Biscuits.

Located on SE Belmont in PDX. It was on "Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives" on the Food Network.

This is what I ordered. Biscuits with sausage gravy and with a side of scrambled eggs. Both of these were SOOOO good I can't even describe!

And this monstrous thing is what Dad ordered. This is "the Reggie" or the "Reggie Deluxe" as Dad ordered. As you can see it's a biscuit sandwich with a piece of fried chicken, bacon, a fried egg, and cheese smothered in gravy! He had to eat it with a fork and knife it was so huge! I'm definitely ordering this next time.

I definitely don't have a crazy night planned. I have a BUNCH of reading to do for my 2 psych classes so I'm off to do that. There's nothing like reading about psychological disorders on a Saturday night. :)
